Chandan Kishore Sharma is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, boasting over two decades of experience since 2001. Armed with a Master’s degree in Finance, he has honed his expertise in key areas such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Accounting, Financial Analysis, Finance, and Team Management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sharma has made significant contributions to various organizations. He has held pivotal roles at renowned institutions such as Satin Creditcare and Ujala Credit Cooperative. His most recent position was as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at KSR Capital Services Ltd., where he played a crucial role in steering the financial strategies of the company.

Following his tenure at KSR Capital Services Ltd., Mr. Sharma embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey by founding OceanPe Finance Pvt. Ltd. This venture reflects his commitment to making a mark in the financial sector as an independent business owner. Additionally, he has served as an Independent Director at JCPL, showcasing his dedication to contributing his expertise at a governance level.

Mr. Niranjan KumarFounder/Director

Mr. Niranjan Kumar is Graduate from Kolkata University, Mr. Kumar has rich experience in NBFC, MFI and service industry. He possesses strong expertise in operations, sales, recovery, client services and business expansion. He is a great team player with strategic thinking and planning.

Pardeep Narwal Independent Director

10+ Year of Experience in innovation of Blockchain technology and working with multiple Govt. projects to verify temper free documents at part of Madhya Pradesh and Haryana., and currently tech advisor of OceanPe.
Mr. Narwal is M.Tech (Gold Medalist) in Electronics & Communications Engineering & having past experience with Hinduja Group.
